I’m back – not really

The summer heat set in encouraging me indoors. My exercise buddies fled to cooler climes as did I resulting in a chaotic schedule easy to use as an excuse to avoid my exercise routine. In addition, ED and I began a new business venture.

I entitled this article “I’m back”, although the reality is that I am leaving again tomorrow for two weeks. The trip allows my hubby and friends to hike part of the Appalachian Trail. Although the gals will join them for a portion of the hike, we will be glad to let the guys bond in the wilderness while we check out boutiques and wineries.

The worst part is the sitting in planes and cars to get to our destinations. Whereas at one time I could tolerate a 12-14 hour car ride, no longer! Six hours is torture.

I recently subscribed to an on-line fitness program for seniors. The program is still being developed, but I am looking forward to participating in it as it unfolds. When completed, I will review it and reveal the name to you. It addresses mindset as well as activity so I should be able to complete the modules even when traveling. Please send good vibes.
