Six years ago my older daughter and her two sons joined us in moving into a home together. I could say it has been an adventure, a word which, to me, connotes temporary positive excitement. Accompanied by health challenges and retirement, this experience has included adventure as well as long term challenges and joys.
I began writing this blog to document and to make sense of the issues inherent in this arrangement hoping that others might be prepared if contemplating sharing their home. While not for the faint of heart, it does offer opportunities for many rewards.
